At Norwich Menswear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for eligible items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items purchased on sale or promotional offers may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. For any return or exchange requests, please contact our team with your order details. All requests are subject to inspection and approval by Norwich Menswear.
